As all our bags are handmade, we kindly ask our clients 1 to 2 weeks production time before shipping their order. Once we get your bag we will ship it within 1day (except on Sundays). We will send you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
We do ship worlwide with DHL. : flat fee USD $19.The estimated delivery time is 3-4 days to most of the countries.
Note: DHL does not ship to PO Box, therefore present a residential address, providing a signature upon delivery of your order.Please add your phone number to schedule appropriate DHL delivery in case you were out during the first delivery attempt.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an order has been placed, in which an item is not available, we will notify you promptly via email. A shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number issued, giving you the possibility to check the current delivery status of your order. For domestic and international orders, you can log on to www.dhl.com/track to track your package.
If you are ordering from Australia, note that Australian Customs place a 10% duty on all shipments valued over AU$ 1.000,00. Kindly take into consideration that customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes that may apply in their own country, understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
Nusaluna is not reliable for any damage caused during the shipping and handling by 3rd parties of the ordered goods.

Return & Exchanges

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be challenging.
If you do need to return the merchandise it will be accepted only if these conditions are met :
request for return is made within a 48 hour period
product is returned within the original packaging
the costs of the return of a parcel are to the Customer (shipping back as well as shipping of a new item)
We can only exchange your items, but we do not return the money.
We don’t accept any return requests on SALE items. All sales are final, no exceptions.
HOW TO REQUEST EXCHANGE/REFOUND : Please send us your request immediately (no later than 48hrs) of receiving your package to contact@nusaluna.com. We will then send you the return address via email together with any other instructions.
EXCHANGES : If you are exchanging an item for a different style, you will need to pay shipping costs before the new items are sent to you.
REFUNDS : All our products are handmade. Please note that we do not make any refunds.
Once we receive your request it can take up to 14 days for us to fulfil your request. As our products are all handmade some may take longer time to make. Understand Order Codes

Code Description
Processing Your order is being processed. We're reviewing your oder, packaging your items, or shipping your oder.
Shipped Your order has been shipped. When applicable, and if you have registered an account with us, you might be able to see a tracking code for this shipping, in your Order History section after you login.
Delivered According to the tracking status from the shipping carrier, your order has been delivered. Please check at your delivery address for your order package immediately as soon as you can. We don't guarantee any possible loss at your end after the order has been delivered, unless you have bought the delivery insurance.
Cancel Requested You have just requested to cancel the order. When applicable, and if this order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll honor this request and issue you the refund for your order. If we accepted this Cancel request, the order status will become Canceled.
Canceled Your order has been canceled. The order package won't be shipped, and a refund might have been issued, if applicable.
Returned Please contact us if you'd like to return your order. Please keep in mind that most of our items are final sale. However, when applicable, we may accept your return. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return request. A order status of "Returned" means we have received your returned package, and we will review it and potentially issue you the refund if the package meets our return expectation, or we might have to ship it back to you if it doesn't.

Paid You have paid for your order.
Declined Your payment has been declined. Your order will soon be canceled. Please contact us as soon as you can if you'd like to continue your oder.
Refunded A refund has been issued to you since your order has been canceled or you have successfully returned the order. Please allow a few business days for the refund to arrive back to your payment account.
